The classic "Twister" Style Chandeliers.
These are a firm favourite, and always popular, and never seem to lose their appeal. The Chandeliers are made up of stands of lead crystal octagons.
Relatively low in weight for their size, and easy to install. If good quality crystals are used the effect is spectacular.

Bubble Chandeliers
The glass tends to be blown pyrex. The advantage is weight. So long structures tend to be light, compared to soda glass (Murano glass) , or lead crystal

Art glass Chandeliers:
The original large art glass Chandelier designed by Dale Chihuly and exhibited in the Victoria and Albert Museum in London is the inspiration hehind many of the Art glass Chandeliers you see.
They can weigh quite a lot if made with Murano glass, however, there can be considerable savings in weight if Murano glass is substituted with pyrex glass.
