Returns Policy – Retail Sales
If an item does not meet with your 100% satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it, after informing us in writing within 30 days of receipt this is your intention (essential for obtaining a refund).
Unlike many other shops with Italian Lighting Centre there are no cheeky re-stocking fees!!
You must notify us in writing of your wish to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.
However please note we are unable to offer refunds on hand made custom Murano lights, as they are by their nature bespoke made individual items. This also includes special orders, or off-catalogue items.
Trade orders will also not be accepted for return.
Written consent of Italian Lighting Centre must be obtained before cancellation of any order becomes operative. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without first notifying the Company.
You may wish to replace the return with a different lamp. In this case only the additional shipping charge will be payable, and a new order will be put in hand.
Any return which arises from a clearly defined visible manufacturing defect, or due to a non-conformity of the goods delivered to the goods ordered, will after verification by the Italian Lighting Centre, entitle the buyer to a full credit to his/her credit card.
Our current policy is to pay also pay for the cost of returning the goods in the UK. This offer does not apply to orders outside the UK.
