A lovely traditional Murano glass wall uplighter, hand-blown, and very generously sized.
A special chemical is used to erode parts of the surface of the glass, to give it a slightly weathered rustic appearance. The opaque amber glass shade gently diffuses the light, for a soft and warm glow.
We can also offer you a clear "balloton" finish. A special mould is used to create a lovely raised criss-cross pattern on the glass. If you are lucky enough to have visited Venice and taken a vaporetto across the lagoon to the studios on Murano, you will know that this is a very typical Venetian style.page on our site.
