modern oval bulkhead-style wall light in white Murano glass

This is a very simple modern wall lighting design, based on the nautical bulkhead light, but created by a skilled and experienced Venetian glass blower in white Murano glass, using purely traditional techniques which have been passed down from generation to generation. The white glass is acid-etched to soften the diffusion of light. 

You can find the same light in a slightly different shape further down the page. This is a long oval, but the other is a square with softly-rounded corners.
