Pared-back, modern and elegant. We love this new modern Italian chandelier. Measuring two metres in length, it's large enough to illuminate a fairly long dining table.
It's a fusion of contemporary design and age-old technique. The hand-blown wrap-around arms are crafted first from black or white Murano glass, then encased in a jacket of clear Murano glass. This is called 'incamiciato'. It gives the glass a new depth and an added lustre. All this is done by hand.
The black glass version has a gold frame, and the white glass version has a white lacquered and polished metal frame.
