This is the fabulous modern Etoile ceiling pendant, designed by Christian Lava for the Florence-based lighting manufacturer Terzani.
A complicated network of nickel-plated rods is dotted with lights which appear to twinkle as you move around the room, projecting diverse patterns. Please note that the price quoted above is for one individual light - the three are hung together in the images for effect.
It's crafted entirely by hand.
