The lovely Pacis Cristalflex ® and Plainflex® ceiling light fitting, designed by Nigel Coates for Slamp, resembles a coronet of laurel leaves. At the heart of this beautiful light is a framework festooned with 97 sparkling crystals.
Cristalflex ®, patented by Bayer Vivak®, is a transparent durable material, very much like glass, but much lighter, and much easier to shape.
Plainflex® is a solid material, very pliable when heated. This, and its relative thickness, makes it particularly suited to the creation of elaborate sculptural shapes.
The innovative screw-less Magnetic System® allows easy fitting, and dismantling for cleaning with a damp cloth.
