Aquamarine Murano glass and bronze garden lamp post

A stylish and attractive Italian designer ‘street light’ for your garden, deck, pathway, drive or patio.

Handblown with a beautiful aquamarine blue Murano glass diffuser, made on the world-famous Venetian glass-making island, it is partnered with an elegant antique bronze base.

The glass is first hot-blown by the Venetian glass master, and then stamped with a special ‘baloton’ mould to create the raised criss-cross pattern on the glass. This is a very typical Murano glass-making technique which dates back as far as the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries; the design is still very popular today.

We can also have this light made for you with an amber, aquamarine or clear crystal ‘baloton’ glass diffuser. Furthermore, the base can also be finished in antiqued ivory, antique bronze, black with silver or gold, rust brown or matt black.

The wire used in the construction of the frame is AISI 304 stainless steel, which is suitable for use even in nautical environments.
