A lovely hand made amethyst Murano glass "flambeau" table light in an art deco style, crafted by glass masters on the famous Venetian island.
The term flambeau was originally applied to a lighted torch, or a large ornamental candlestick. Todays flambeaux usually have multiple lights, with bulbs in imitation of flames, and tend to be very decorative and ornate.
